Denmark has set ambitious climate targets for 2030, and the green transition requires a workforce with the right skills. However, generally we need a larger labour force in Denmark.
A large part of the green transition is about green energy. Here, Southern Jutland has a special position of strength, but the lack of labour with green skills is a challenge.
Therefore, we are working on a project that will ensure qualified green labour with green skills for Southern Jutland in both the short and long term. The companies that must ensure Denmark’s transition to a greener energy are located in Southern Jutland.
